Who We Are

  • Founder Jon Moore

    Jon Moore, Founder

    Jon Moore grew up outside Chicago and began his career early, working in his family’s HVAC and plumbing supply business. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2011. Jon started his professional career in the Bay Area as an estimator for a commercial demolition firm, contributing to high-profile projects such as the Clorox East Bay Campus, Candlestick Park, and the LA Memorial Sports Arena.

    He later joined prestigious Swinerton Builders, where he worked in the hospital and healthcare division on complex projects for Stanford Hospital, including a $2 billion utility separation project to meet seismic safety standards. In 2017, Jon transitioned to high-end residential construction, managing luxury new builds and historic remodels across the Bay Area. He is now focused on premium home projects in the Palm Springs area through his own company, Moore Management LLC.

    Outside of work, Jon enjoys hiking with his dog Fiona, playing pickleball, snowboarding in the mountains, and traveling with his husband, James.
